The weight-pushing competition is based on maximum strength, as well as explosive ability, correct technical performance, and digital achievement. Explosive ability depends primarily on maximum muscular strength, which is one of the important basic components for players in the weight-pushing competition. There have been recent changes in the training process for the weight-pushing competition, especially with regard to developing the explosive ability of players. One of the most recent of these exercises is plyometric exercises. The researcher chose an important training method for plyometric exercises, which is adding additional weight to the body weight of the weight-pushing player. Hence the importance of the current research because these exercises are different and varied within the exercises used by the coaches for this competition, and the training unit is for weightlifters under 20 years of age to develop their muscular strength and speed of performance, which is of very great importance in their digital achievement, and through the physiological indicator from the device Muscle and nerve EMG mapping in order to improve their physical and functional capabilities and develop the completion of this competition in a scientifically correct and standardized manner. The study aimed to identify plyometric exercises by adding weight to the athlete's body weight, as well as to know the difference between cardiac and post-tests for the functional and physical research variables, and also to know the impact that these exercises had on developing digital achievement and the physiological index. The researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem posed by the researchers. The research population was 15 players from the Central Euphrates national team for the weight-pushing competition, and the research sample was only 8 players.

During the last decade, sports have witnessed significant and noticeable development in various sporting competitions, and this development is not a matter of coincidence or randomness, but rather has come as a result of great efforts, whether collective or individual, by those in charge of sports fields and competitions.

Scientific research in the field of sports is one of the most important effective ways to develop players and sports in general. The game of gymnastics has relied on this research significantly and significantly. Among these researches is physiological research, which is largely concerned with the state of the body’s functional systems and the developments that occur in them. This study aimed to To identify the relationship between nerve strength, the special muscle strength, and the performance of floor movements for artistic gymnastics players, as well as to identify the nerve strength and the performance of floor movements for artistic gymnastics players. The researcher assumed that there is a significant correlation between nerve strength and the special muscle strength for female artistic gymnastics floor movements players. The researcher also assumed There is a significant correlation between nerve strength and the level of performance of ground movements.

Hence the importance of this research through the importance of nerve strength, as we find it to be the primary influence on stimulating muscle fibers and thus producing special muscle strength in order to achieve a very high level of skill performance and strong and good achievement, which gives the research great benefit to coaches in codifying training loads and adjusting them to suit the player.

The sample was chosen by the researcher in a deliberate manner, and her research sample was selected from the national team players from the artistic gymnastics and floor movements category (women), as the number of players was (4) and they represent the community of origin (100%), and (1) of the players was excluded.
There is no doubt that the scientific progress that is taking place in most fields, especially the field of sports, has witnessed a significant and noticeable development in recent times in various sports, achieving a qualitative leap in achieving very high achievements in some sports, specifically athletics, and that today we are in dire need of More giving to achieve a bright future that guarantees broad scientific progress and development for the sport of athletics and its various competitions. Strength, which is characterized by speed, plays a major role in most athletics competitions and is of great importance for motor notes, which result from the link between muscular strength and speed to produce a good harmonious movement pattern. The current research aimed to identify the relationship between height and strength characterized by speed among long young jumpers. The researcher assumed the existence of a significant correlation between height and strength characterized by speed and achievement among long jumpers. The researchers adopted the descriptive survey method because it is the closest research method to solving the research problem by the scientific method, as the method is one of the main and basic methods in research. The research population was players from the Middle Euphrates clubs, and the research sample was long jump players, and they divided into two groups, the first of which was players whose height exceeded (180) cm, and the second was players whose height was less than (171) cm. The researchers reached the most important conclusions, which is that there is a significant relationship between height. The long jump and achievement. The most important recommendations made by the researchers was the preference for choosing players with long bodies, especially the lower extremities, for many competitions, especially jumping and jumping competitions. Strength, characterized by speed, is considered one of the physical abilities that has a strong impact on movements, as it combines two basic characteristics and plays an important role in achieving sporting achievements.

This article analyses how The Bluest Eye, Toni Morrison's earliest novel, presents beauty ideals, identity formation, and societal transformation. Drawing on Morrison's representation of the tragic protagonist Pecola Breedlove, the analysis explores how dominant white standards of beauty become embedded within black culture, leading to destructive internalized racism and self-hatred. It discusses Morrison's skillful storytelling techniques for highlighting the tragic gap between Pecola's actual black female identity and her unattainable white feminine ideal. Additionally, the paper demonstrates how Morrison utilizes Pecola's story to astutely critique the influential role of culture in shaping beauty ideals that engender self-loathing and fractured identities in 1940s America. Further, it outlines how textbooks, family backgrounds, and communities significantly shape what is considered beautiful. The authors argued that Morrison's novel is like an insightful mirror that reflects how cultural beliefs about beauty find their way into societies. This paper also argues for the urgent need to challenge pervasive racism and bias, engender deep self-loathing and fractured identities in young black girls, and advocate for more inclusive standards of beauty and self-worth. The authors believe that nearly fifty years after its publication, Morrison’s brilliant literature remains vital to ongoing efforts toward inclusion, empowerment, and social transformation.

This study attempted to examine the relationship between motivation, autonomy, self-Efficacy, and Burnout among Iraqi EFL instructor. 100 male and female instructors from different schools in Najaf, Iraq were invited to participate in the study. The participants were chosen through random sampling. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS software. Three statistical tests that are not parametric (Pearson correlation) were applied to evaluate the obtained information. Results exhibited that Iraqi teachers' motivation and burnout mutually significant but negatively associated with each other. Furthermore, results showed that there existed a significant but negative correlation between Iraqi EFL lecturers' motivation and their burnout. Moreover, the results demonstrated that there was a meaningful but negative relationship between Iraqi EFL instructors' autonomy and their burnout. The findings suggest that identifying how different instructors are and how these variations catalyze varied performances among lecturers assist them to pass their difficulties effectively. Recognizing that an instructor who is powerful in one perspective is not necessarily powerful or weak in another perspective may also buttress how to aid teachers become better and to control their classes more effectively.

Children have the right to get a good education according to the best interests of the child. Formal schools have various obstacles that cause the right to education to be not optimally fulfilled. For this reason, alternatives are needed to fulfill children's right to education. Homeschooling is an informal education path that is increasingly being chosen by parents. Even though the legality of homeschooling has been recognized equally with formal education, attention must be paid to the fulfillment of children's right to education in homeschooling. This is because homeschooling is the realm of parents which is almost absolute, and then because the system of learning and supervision is different from other educational pathways, so further research is needed on how homeschooling is regulated within the national framework, and whether homeschooling can fulfill children's right to education. In this article it will be found that supervision of homeschooling in Indonesia is still weak. Supervision in homeschooling in this case is only supervision from parents and educators. The absence of technical guidelines and implementation instructions for Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 129 of 2014 makes supervision of homeschooling in Indonesia unclear and this leads to potential violations of children's rights to education where there is no guarantee of the quality of education for children who are homeschooling, as well as the potential for possible exposure to radicalism, abuse and exploitation of children.

Workers will eventually reach a point when they have to retire. The prospect of retiring can cause anxiety, apprehension, and disillusionment in some people. Intimations suggest that pre-retirement anxiety might potentiate aging concerns in individuals. Aging is a fundamental biological process that is inevitable for all living things and describes a condition of overall change in every aspect of life. In this paper, pre-retirement is assumed to be essential to age concerns among tertiary institution workers. Two hundred and fourteen employees from five public tertiary institutions in Anambra State participated in the study. The respondents comprising males (n=90) and females (n=124) were randomly pooled from different departments. They completed a self-report measure of Aging Anxiety and the Pre-retirement Anxiety Scale. The finding revealed a statistically significant, moderate positive correlation between pre-retirement anxiety and aging anxiety, r (212) = .34, p < .001, with pre-retirement anxiety explaining 23.1% of the variation in aging anxiety significant positive association between the variables.
The government's dedication to ensuring that students acquire technical and vocational skills for self-development and economic growth is reflected in the integration of the TVET program into Nigeria's educational ecosystem. Nevertheless, signs point to a decrease in students enrolling in vocational programs. The current study aimed to determine whether secondary school students were interested in the TVET program based on critical thinking and open-mindedness. The study involved 233 secondary school students from public and private institutions in Anambra State. 13 (12.4%) respondents were 17 years old, 103 (58.0%) respondents were 16 years old, and 87 (25.6%) respondents were 15 years old. Among the respondents were 84 males (41.0 percent) and 119 females (59.0 percent). They filled out self-report questionnaires on their interest in TVET, their level of creativity, and their level of open-mindedness. The results showed that creative thinking ( =.183, p .001) and open-mindedness ( = 168, p .001) among secondary school students in Anambra State were significant predictors of student interest in vocational programs. The two predictor variables explained the total variance in the students' interest in vocational programs to 42.2%. The study's conclusions and practical implications are discussed.

One hundred and sixty-six secondary school students drawn from public and private secondary schools in River State participated in the study. The participants completed self-report measures on attitude towards TVE, creative thinking assessment, and Rosenberg's self-esteem scale. The findings revealed that 65.5% of the respondents expressed a positive attitude toward TVE. Also, a multiple regression model was computed to test the study's hypothesis. The results showed that creative thinking and self-esteem positively correlated with attitudes toward TVE (r = 0.47, F = 41.13, p<0.01).
Dishonesty in examinations has always plagued Nigeria's academic system. This affects all levels of education, from primary to tertiary level. Numerous studies have underscored the contributory factors in examination misconduct in academia. However, little is known about the role of socio-psychological variables like reading anxiety and anomie. The present study examined reading anxiety and anomie as predictors of examination misconduct in higher education in Nigeria. Two hundred and forty-eight students, 118 males and 130 females aged 18 to 30 (M = 21.4, SD = 1.92) were conveniently pooled from tertiary institutions in River state, Nigeria, as the participants. A self-report questionnaire was used for data collection. A cross-sectional survey design was adopted for the study. Data from the respondents were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS, v23). A multiple regression analysis indicated that the predictors (reading anxiety and anomie) significantly predicted examination misconduct in higher education F (1,246), 36.52, P<.000. Most importantly, the R2 indicated that the predictor variables contributed to about 45.6% of the variance in examination misconduct among the respondents. The result has implications for curbing the menace of examination misconduct in academia.

Home economics is an essential subject in Nigeria's educational system, intending to enable students to develop a positive relationship with skills and a healthy living pattern by acquiring various do-it-yourself skills. An increasing body of evidence lends credence to the claim that the field has been struggling with low enrollment rates over the years. Thus, the present study examined the instructor’s didactic skills as a factor influencing the student’s attitude toward home economics education. Ninety-six undergraduates enrolled in the home economics department from two higher education institutions in the Enugu State of Nigeria participated in the study. A simple percentage score indicates that most students (65.5%) indicated a positive attitude towards home economics education, while less (34.5%) showed negative attitudes. Furthermore, a simple regression analysis was performed to test the study hypothesis. The result revealed that the instructor’s didactic skills positively predicted students’ attitudes toward home economics education. The result has implications for the development of home economics in the colleges of education in Nigeria.
