All manuscripts submitted to JARCSE undergo a double-blind peer review managed by domain experts. Submissions are evaluated based on originality, methodological rigor, technical contribution, and relevance to computer science and engineering research.

Only original, unpublished manuscripts are considered. Authors must follow COPE-aligned ethical standards and disclose potential conflicts of interest.

JARCSE adheres to the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, editors, and reviewers are expected to maintain honesty, transparency, and accountability throughout the publication process. Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification of data, and duplicate publication are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate rejection or retraction.

Yes. Authors may withdraw their manuscripts at any stage before acceptance by submitting a formal withdrawal request to the editorial office via email.

Corrections, errata, and retractions are issued following COPE and editorial policies to maintain research integrity in cases of significant errors or ethical concerns.

Yes. The corresponding author receives a digital publication certificate (PDF) after the article is published online.
