All manuscripts submitted to JARMCE undergo a double-blind peer-review process managed by domain experts. Submissions are evaluated for originality, technical merit, experimental rigor, and relevance to mechanical or civil engineering fields.

Only original, unpublished manuscripts are considered. Authors must adhere to COPE ethical standards and disclose any conflicts of interest.

JARMCE follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and integrity. Instances of plagiarism, data manipulation, or duplicate publication result in immediate rejection or retraction.

JARMCE follows a double-blind peer-review procedure:

Yes. Authors may withdraw their manuscript before acceptance by sending a formal request to the editorial office via email.

Corrections, errata, and retractions are processed in accordance with COPE and editorial policies. Articles with serious ethical or data integrity issues may be corrected or retracted accordingly.

Yes. Corresponding authors receive a high-resolution digital publication certificate (PDF) upon online publication of their paper.
