Abstract

Les fractures ouvertes des membres classées type III de Gustilo et Anderson représentent un challenge dans leur prise en charge, qui est souvent complexe et couteuse. Ces fractures sont à risque élevé d’infection et l'évolution vers une amputation est omniprésente. L’objectif de cette étude était de décrire les aspects cliniques et thérapeutiques des fractures ouvertes des membres classées type III de Gustilo et Anderson et de déterminer les facteurs de risques de complication afin d’améliorer la prise en charge.
