Abstract

Health screening is a preventive practice which serves as a superior strategy to decrease morbidity and mortality. Community health screening programs provide opportunity for anyone to receive free or inexpensive health evaluations to help determine their risk of developing a medical condition. Early detection and screenings can improve patient health outcomes and reduce the costs of care.
